ALBUQUERQUE, NM (January 5, 2017) - The New Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation has announced three new directors on the Foundation Board.

Rafael GonzalezRafael GonzalezRafael Gonzalez received his B.S and M.S degrees in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2001 and 2003 respectively. He joined Sandia National Laboratories in 2015 as a Research & Development Science and Engineering Manager. In his current role, Rafael is a factory manager for the Microsystems & Engineering Science Applications (MESA) Silicon and III-V semiconductor microfabrication Fabs.

Rafael is an active member of the community serving on several external boards and committees. He currently serves on the Dream Builders STEAM committee at the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC) and is the president for the New Mexico Society of Professional Engineers (NMSPE). Rafael joined the United Way Hispano Philanthropic Society (HPS) council in 2015 and he is part of the education/stewardship committees.

Pat RicePamela A. RicePamela A. Rice, Certified Public Accountant, graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 1985.

Ms. Rice received her Certified Public Accountant certificate in March of 1991. She passed and received her certificate to practice in the United States Tax Court in May, 1999.

Ms. Rice was born in Albuquerque and has been a life-long resident including establishing her CPA practice, Rice and Associates CPA, over 20 years ago. Ms. Rice's practice engages primarily in New Mexico State Government Audits and includes an extensive income tax practice.

Ms. Rice is a member of the AICPA, Association of Government Accountants and the New Mexico Society of CPA's.

Matt TracyMatt TracyMatt Tracy is a Vice President-Operations at Fidelity Investments, supporting the firm's Client and Participant Services organization. Matt joined Fidelity in 1999 and has held several roles in benefits administration, risk and controls, and client services. In 2011 Matt relocated from Massachusetts to New Mexico to start a new team at the Mesa Del Sol facility responsible for the delivery of total benefits outsourcing services across multiple product segments. Matt currently leads the Defined Benefit Operations group for the New Mexico region. He holds an MBA from Clark University and a BA in Business Administration with a Human Resources concentration from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.
