Richard V. Gray Sr., 64, resident of Luna, NM entered eternal rest Sunday, October 21, 2012 at his residence. He was born September 24, 1948 in Reserve, NM.
He enjoyed hunting. He loved to share his knowledge of hunting with all his loved ones. He enjoyed spending time and story telling with all his grandkids. He is survived by his mother, Jane S. Gray of Bayard; his loving wife of 33yrs, Alejandrina R. Gray of the family home; two sons, Bryon Gray and wife Tashia of Minot, ND; Richard Gray Jr. and wife Irene of Albuquerque; two daughters, Cassandra Kiskaden and husband Steven of Tularosa, NM; Tracey Harford and husband Daniel of Minot, ND; six grandchildren, Alex, Wesley, Ryan, Kaden, Christopher and Mariah; two brothers, Cecil Rhett Black and wife Kathy of Albuquerque; Chuck Gray and wife Helen of Bayard; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, William "Bill" C. Gray.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 27th from 10-11am at Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in Luna, NM. A funeral service will be follow at 11am with Bishop John Payne officiating. Concluding service interment will follow at Luna cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bryon Gray, Chuck Gray, Richard Gray Jr., Eric Kern, Salvador Ramos and Darren Jenkins.
