The party that wants to 'protect democracy' took several undemocratic moves to remove Joe Biden from the ticket and attempt to hand the nomination to Kamala Harris. Not surprising unless you believe their rhetoric. Amazing how a man can go from being the "most energetic," "the hardest worker," "the smartest man in the room" to incapable of running for office in the space of three weeks. Now that Kamala is the preferred nominee, for monetary reasons only, the spin machine is quickly handing out talking points.

They cannot find anything positive that can be used to tout her record, so they are stuck with trying to minimize her disastrous record in any way possible. Because the facts are not favorable, semantics becomes the game. The biggest flop is her oversight of border issues, for which she was handed the moniker of Border Czar. Except, she was never the Border Czar. In fact, she was never in charge of the border issue at all. She was tasked with addressing the root causes of mass immigration from El Salvador, Guatemala, and the Honduras.

Never mind that Axios, Slate, CNN, and every other government propaganda outlet called her the Border Czar and reported that she was going to fix the issues at the border. All of these outlets are now scrubbing the articles they published previously to remove the title, claiming it was erroneous reporting. Even when Lester Holt asked Kamala why she had not been to the border to see the issues first hand, the Czar did not correct his obviously erroneous question, telling him she was not in charge of border issues, but economic issues causing the mass migration. I guess she had recently fallen out of a coconut tree and forgot what she was overseeing.

Let's look at her record as the Root Causes Czar: immigration from those three countries during the Biden administration topped 4.3 million people. Under the Trump administration, it was 1.3 million while 3.2 million emigrated during the Obama administration. The Democrat party talking points memo wants the minions to point out that emigration from the triangle countries dropped 55% during Kamala's oversight. That's because there weren't any people left, they'd all come to America.

But wait, KJP said it wasn't a 55% drop in numbers of people coming from those countries, it was the percentage of all migrants that dropped. OK, so more military aged men were coming from China and the Middle East because the border was so wide open, they didn't have to sneak in. I'm not sure which is a better scenario, but the Democrats don't care, because they claim it's all a MAGA Republican plot to smear the first black female VP and candidate for president. That's right, it's racist and misogynistic.

Let's go with the narrative. How did she do in fulfilling her duties as the Root Causes Czar? Not very well. The root causes are still there and haven't changed. In typical fashion, the Dems are left to create confusion and claim discrimination while choosing a candidate based upon DEI standards. But they didn't choose her because of the color of her skin, except David Axelrod confirmed they did. He said Gretchen Whitmer and Elizabeth Warren were the preferred choices but after the rise of BLM because of the George Floyd situation, Joe and others realized a black woman would be appealing and prove that they were down with the cause.

No problem, the media will 'correct' their previous reporting as erroneous. Sadly, too many people will fall right in line to support her simply because of what she is rather than who she is or what she has accomplished. Because what she has actually accomplished is not good. What she wants to accomplish is even worse. But at least they will feel morally superior for supporting someone who is a member of an oppressed minority.
