The Town of Silver City's Town Council will hold a Special Meeting with a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Offices at 1400 HWY 180 E, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.

ZC 25-01: Zone change request for one tract of land, from Commercial Highway Zoning to Mixed-Use Zoning District. The property is legally described as: Subd: MOORE'S #4 Lot: 13 THRU:- Lot: 15 E 5' OF LOT 15 0.241 AC, addressed as 2240 Pinos Altos Rd. The applicant is Kent Allen Kelley.
