LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting – April 8, 2025, Regular Town Council Meeting.

11. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Approval / Disapproval of a Public Celebration Permit Application for the Silver City Blues Festival for May 24-25, 2025, with alcohol served from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm on May 24th and 11:00 am to 5:30 pm on May 25th at 1201 N. Pope St., Silver City, New Mexico. Liquor License Holder: 1). Little Toad Creek LLC, License #SBL-000032, 203 Mill Road, Silver City, NM 88062.

B. Approval / Disapproval of a Special Dispenser Permit Application for the Silver City Blues Festival for May 24-25, 2025, with alcohol served from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm on May 24th and 10:00 am to 8:30 pm on May 25th at 1201 N. Pope St., Silver City, New Mexico. Liquor License Holder: 1). Q's Southern Bistro, License #DIS-001292, 101 W. College Ave, Silver City, NM 88061.

C. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution 2025-15: A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2027-2031INFRASTRUCTURE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (ICIP) FOR THE SILVER CITY SENIOR CENTER.

D. Approval / Disapproval of Ordinance 1336: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE

MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO, BY

AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 1, GENERAL PROVISIONS, SECTION 1-2,

DEFINITIONS AND RULES OF CONSTRUCTION; CHAPTER 42, STREETS AND SIDEWALKS, ARTICLE I, IN GENERAL, SECTION 42-9, AND ARTICLE IV, OBSTRUCTIONS AND ENCROACHMENTS, SECTION 42-80 OBSTRUCTIONS RESTRICTED.

E. Approval / Disapproval of Ordinance 1337: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE

MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO, BY AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 36, PARKS AND RECREATION, ARTICLE II, CONDUCT IN PARKS, SECTION 36-22, PROHIBITED ACTS.

F. Approval / Disapproval of RFP 24/25-2P Audit Services
