The Town of Silver City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

6. Approval of Minutes: A. Regular Meeting – July 29, 2025, Regular Town Council Meeting.

B. Town Clerk – Names of Candidates for the 2025 Mayor and Councilors District 2 and
4 Election.
11. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Approve / Disapproval of change or canceling the September 9, 2025 Regular Town
Council Meeting.
B. Approval / Disapproval of Amended Grant County JPA for Consolidated Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).
C. Mayors appointment to the Trails and Open Space Advisory Committee.
D. Appointment of the 2025 Annual Conference Voting Delegates.
12. Approval / Disapproval of Closed Executive Session pursuant to NMSA 1978 10-15-
1(H)(6), meetings subject to the attorney-client privilege pertaining to threatened or
pending litigation in which the Silver City Museum is or may become a participant.
