The Town of Silver City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

B. Mayors' appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
C. Approval / Disapproval of Public Celebration Permit Application for the Silver City Territorial Charter Ball on February 15, 2025, with alcohol served from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Murray Hotel Ballroom, 200 W. Broadway, Silver City, New Mexico. Liquor License Holder: 1) Little Toad Creek LLC, License #SBL-000032, 203 S. Mill Road, Silver City, New Mexico 88061

E. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION NO. 2025-01 – Open Meetings.

COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD, SECTIONS 24-40 THROUGH 24-44 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, GRANT COUNTY, NEW MEXICO.
I. Approval / Disapproval of canceling January 28, 2025, Regular Town Council Meeting.
J. Approval / Disapproval of Closed Executive Session pursuant to NMSA 1978 Section 10-15-l(H)(6) for meetings subject to the attorney-client privilege pertaining to threatened or pending litigation in which the public body is or may become a participant.
