LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

3. CEREMONIES – Town of Silver City Employee of the month.

6. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting – April 22, 2025, Regular Town Council Meeting.

8. Reports:

A. Fire Marshal, Eloy Vasquez –Fire Restrictions Update

B. Business Operations Manager, Randy Hernandez – New Billing and Online Payment System.

C. Manager's Report

11. NEW BUSINESS:

A. Approval / Disapproval of Trade – Old Golf Carts for New Golf Carts.

B. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution 2025-16: A RESOLUTION BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO WHERBY AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF A GRANT APPLICATION AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY TO THE NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR FY2025 EV INFRASTRUCTURE (DC FAST CHARGING GRANT FUNDS).

C. Approval / Disapproval of Bid 24/25-2 Mill Road.
