AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, BUSINESSES, ARTICLE II, BUSINESS REGISTRATION AND LICENSING, SECTION 10-21, REQUIRED INFORMATION IN APPLICATIONS FOR BUSINESS LICENSES AND THE REGISTRATION OF IN-TOWN BUSINESSES, AND ADDING SUBPARAGRAPHS (a) (8) AND (b) (9) TO SECTION 10-21, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO.

Grant County, New Mexico, 12th day of August 2024.
