VA 25-02: A Request for a Variance to the Minimum Lot Area Allowed for an Administrative Subdivision, for the Property Addressed as 413 & 415 W. Bremen St., Silver City, New Mexico. The applicants are Silver Casitas, represented by Smith Real Estate and Property Management.
CU 25-03: A Request for a Conditional Use permit for cannabis production, cannabis manufacturing, and cannabis retail establishment. The property is address at 205 N. Bullard St., Silver City, NM. The owner is Buffalo Group LLC, represented by Ronald Quintana.
