LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, November 6th at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Building located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.

VA:25-01, a request for a variance to Section 3.4.2 (B) Street Setback Overlay Zones for the installation of a manufactured home into the 10' front setback, for the property addressed as 3906 N. Fowler Ave., Silver City, New Mexico. The applicants are Gary & Denise Placencio.
