Regular Monthly Board Meeting
Tyrone Water and Wastewater Association
The Tyrone Water and Wastewater Association will hold its regular monthly board meeting on Wednesday October 16, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Tyrone Community Center 50 Malachite Avenue Tyrone, New Mexico 88065.
The agenda for the meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting.

b. Approval/Disapproval of Resolution 2504-05 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSIGNMENT OF AUTHORIZED OFFICERS AND AGENTS FOR PROJECT NUMBER SAP 23-H2423-GF. This is a $50,000 grant from the State of New Mexico for addition wastewater system costs

RESOLUTION NO. 2025-04

ADOPTION OF THE FINANCIAL POLICY & PROCEDURES MANUAL

WHEREAS, The governing body in and for the Tyrone Water & Wastewater Association (TWWA), State of New Mexico is required by the New Mexico Administrative Code to follow State procurement practices and procedures described in Title 1, Chapter 4, Part 1: Procurement Code Regulations; and,
WHEREAS, said procedures and administrative practices are detailed in the attached TWWA Manual; and,
WHEREAS, all employees, contractors will be required to read and acknowledge their assigned requirements and responsibilities in the Manual; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the Tyrone Water and Wastewater Association, State of New Mexico hereby adopts the Policy and Procedures Manual

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSIGNMENT OF AUTHORIZED OFFICERS AND AGENTS FOR PROJECT NUMBER SAP 23-H2423-GF

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Tyrone Water & Wastewater Association, County of Grant, State of New Mexico, shall enter into a Grant Agreement with the State of New Mexico Environment Department, and

WHERAS, the Agreement is identified as Project Number SAP 23-H2423-GF

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tyrone Water & Wastewater Association, that: Alan G. Berg, President or successor is authorized to sign the Grant Agreement for this project, and Angie Roach, Board Secretary and Elizabeth Gonzales, Board Member at Large, or successor are the OFFICAL REPRESENTATIVES who are authorized to sign all other documents necessary to fulfill the Grant Agreement and the requirements of the water and wastewater projects, disbursements and to act as the project contact, and David Stapp, TWWA Board Member or successor is the Capital Projects Monitoring System (CPMS) contact who is designated to update the CPMS database monthly per Article VIII. A. of the Intergovernmental Grant Agreement.

Angie Roach, Board Secretary and Elizabeth Gonzales, Board Member at Large or successors are the CONTACTS who are designated to receive Notice of Obligations (NOO'S).
