and Evangelina Valles to move a 30 X 70 foot 2024 Palm Harbor Double Wide Mobile
Home into City Limits and to be Located at 901 Pine Street.
c. Approve/Disapprove Sponsorship of Grant County Prospectors for Grant County Day

AND BETWEEN THE NEW MEXICO FINANCE AUTHORITY ("NMFA" OR
"LENDER/GRANTOR") AND THE VILLAGE OF SANTA CLARA, GRANT COUNTY, NEW
MEXICO ("BORROWER/GRANTEE"), IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION TWO
HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,230,000)
