For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits, from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting.
For example, if you want something posted three times, that will be $60 for the legal ads, plus $75 for a convenience fee for the notarization process.
If no notarization is required, the legal will be posted and will disappear when the item is archived at a later date.

The Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will convene in a Special Board Meeting (Executive Session) on Monday July 15, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Board Room at Gila Regional Medical Center located at 1313 E. 32nd Street Silver City, NM 88061, and or via tele video. This meeting will be closed to the public and will immediately go into Executive Session pursuant to the New Mexico Review Organization Immunity Act and the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-15-1(H)(9) to discuss Strategic & Long Range Business Planning. No action will be taken. The next Regular Board Meeting will be held on July 24, 2024.

The Tyrone Water and Wastewater Association will hold its regular monthly board meeting on Wednesday July 17, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Tyrone Community Center 50 Malachite Avenue Tyrone, New Mexico 88065.
The Board of Regents of Western New Mexico University will meet on Monday, July 15, 2024, beginning at 8:00 a.m. in Executive Session at the Serna Conference Room located in the Castorena Administration Building.
