In October 2023, Physicians for Informed Consent [PIC] a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization, was pleased to observe the California legislature and Governor Newsom repeal the misinformation statute, effective January 1, 2024. This meant a doctor could not be censured or suspended for merely speaking out against the covid dogma promoted by the Surgeon General. A win for the 1st Amendment. Wait, not so fast.

At the same time last year, a medical doctor (not a PIC member) was accused by the Medical Board of California for "failure to wear a mask" during a patient visit, and making statements such as "masks don't stop viruses" and "encouraging the use of veterinary ivermectin" for COVID-19, without informing the patient that "she was advising actions/inactions that fell below the standard of care in the community." Last month the physician surrendered her medical license.

The PIC again filed suit. PIC General counsel, Greg Glaser, Esq., "This new lawsuit is necessary because the medical boards in California are still not respecting the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and doctors' speech is being chilled."

I personally doubt the efficacy of Ivermectin as a treatment for Covid. But science admits it is effective against DNA and RNA viruses like Dengue, Zika and yellow fever. It is not yet an FDA approved treatment for Covid. It is not for me to say whether this works or not. It might work. There are volumes of research supporting this treatment and an avalanche of dark money trying to stop it. (Presumably because the Ivermectin is cheap, and new vaccines are incredibly profitable for their inventors. Fauci et al. That they pilloried this doctor for suggesting Ivermectin as a treatment overshadows the enormity of the 1st amendment infringement.

The argument that this is okay due to the "yelling fire in a theater" doctrine is a red herring. For these social engineers, the so called "covid misinformation" is like yelling fire in a theater. But their real complaint is, it threatens to unravel their globalization scheme. This is what is happening in colorado and maine when they take a candidate off the ballot. They do not have a legal right to do this.

Still, Communists, progressive socialists, liberals, whatever label they wish to use, are entitled to their opinion. (Same amendment applies to us all) Unfortunately for many, this divisiveness is causing a world wide psychosis. Many, from all walks of life believe there is there some deep state, super villain cabal setting out to disenfranchise this democracy. Is it true? Sure. It has been true every day since July 4th 1776. Will it succeed? Eventually it will. Everything is temporary in this world. Dig up Cicero and ask him. (Note…his hands and head are not with the rest of his body buried with the Republic of Rome. The bottom line is, the liberals are in power. They will do what their power entitles them to do. (Remember: Elections have consequences) But the constitution does not allow them to take away your free speech

This is the world the young liberals wanted in 2020. I dont feel bad for them now. They are adults. (Suck it up, buttercups) Some things are happening, and some appear to be hidden in the shadows. This causes a sense of foreboding and many give into paranoia. Some vacillate between a sense of powerlessness and a narcissistic belief in their own omnipotence. Its a bipolar vortex. The hard truth is, you cannot maintain your anonymity while fighting to change this civilization. It cant be done from behind a tree. It's not guerrilla war. This is hand to hand, face to face or it's capitulation. Unless you want to be unmasked as a right wing conservative in the community, you will remain unheard. (Except by other right wing conservatives). The only course of action is to get INVOLVED in local politics. Go to those meetings. Speak to power. People will listen to you. Speak now, before the government takes away your right to speak. Speak now before the government takes away your right to get the medical treatment you need. Stand up.
