Natural Curiosity and KNME organized a free premier screening of "Learning Wild", a PBS documentary about our Wild Semester and the effort to save it through the creation of the nonprofit, Natural Curiosity, and the purchase of the Hermosa ghost town from Ted Turner. Premier is on Sunday, the 11th of February, at 11:00 AM in the Silco theater. Doors open at 10:30 AM. There will be a question and answer session with Dr. Travis Perry, President of Natural Curiosity, and some of the Natural Curiosity board members and staff afterward. The Silco Theater in Silver City has been chosen as a premier location for the film given the extraordinary support shown by the Silver City community and the hoped-for future collaboration with WNMU. Admission is free, first come, first served, no sign up required.Â
