Quotes:

"Fight Like A Girl- We are a Silver City Movement empowering women and girls through classes, connection, and resistance work that inspire healing and action. Our funds make it possible for all classes to be free of charge to the community.  This also includes community meals and food from our pantry." — Lydia Villegas, President, Fight Like a Girl

"It's thrilling to guide this outstanding cast of actresses to find their unique voice and share these powerful stories for our community in support of such a vital non-profit. I really felt FLAG's mission was in beautiful alignment with The Vagina Monologues, and the wider V-Day movement. Thank you also to Teresa Dahl-Bredine and the Board of Virus Theater for opening up the beautiful, historic El Sol for our venue this year." — Wendy Spurgeon, Founder, TheActrix Studio LLC

"I am excited to be part of the 2026 production of The Vagina Monologues and hopeful that the show will provide much needed funding for 'Fight Like a Girl'" — Katherine Ryan

"I am so happy to be asked again to be in The Vagina Monologues.  This is my 3rd year and my 3rd character.  I love each of the Monologues and am inspired each year to try a different one." ---Gay Hedges

"I'm very new to speaking in front of an audience so speaking about vaginas is extra intimidating, but I'm glad I get to be a part of this.  So many things about being a woman don't get said out loud enough and The Vagina Monologues pretty much say everything all at once." ---Catarina Miranda

"It is exciting to be a part of The Vagina Monologues this year. I'm hopeful that we will raise lots of needed funds for FLAG," --- Kris Isom

"I was raised in an era when 'vagina' was whispered, if said at all.  It is a privilege to say 'vagina' out loud with this fine group and in support of Fight Like a Girl,"---MaryAnn Marlar

LydiaWendy"Decades ago I saw The Vagina Monologues live and was amazed at a whole play about vaginas! This will be my third year with the production of Vagina Monologues, and while I really identified with the spunky character in 'The Flood' for the past two years, I am excited to explore another character's story this year." --- Mary Barrett
