Female that has a CTW for the store is on scene. Officer had contact with Lea Trujillo/warrant out of Luna County/they will not extradite/does have an active CTW for Walmart issued May, 2018.

Working at the shop/everything is okay.

Caller called 911 and asked if school was open today. Dispatcher asked caller if he had an emergency and he stated a named officer was at his house yesterday/asked dispatcher what letter ‘y’ was in the alphabet/called dispatcher an idiot and hung up.

Caller advised that a named female cut herself with a razor and went walking toward the Hudson Chevron/wants a call back if located.

1810 N. Swan Street
Advised two males in gas bays/it is verbal at this time/wants them to leave. Officer on scene.

Officer had negative contact.

White 93 Toyota Camry vs white Ram pickup/no injuries/negative on fluids leaking.

Criminal trespass
Kidder Road
Caller advised his trailer burned and they caught his neighbor on his property and he does not want this neighbor or his girlfriend getting back on the property again. Officer advised clear from that address/en route to another address.

Kidder Road
Caller advised it appears as if someone was trying to get into the house.

Disturbance
Plata Road
Caller advised a named female had caused damage to her truck and is now causing damage to her father’s truck. Caller hung up before any more questions could be asked.

Caller has not heard from her mother in the last 3 or 4 days/would like a call back.

Reckless driver
16th Street
A named male was at the apartments drinking and left in a green Chevy truck. Officer advised NMSP went traffic with vehicle and is conducting field sobriety tests and a female has warrants.

703 Silver Heights Blvd.
A male that was causing problems a few days ago is back inside the restaurant and they want him issued a CTW. Officer issued Doug Miranda a CTW.

Disturbance
N. Combs Street
Caller can hear people fighting and someone said something about shooting. Officer had contact with a 24-year-old male who was highly intoxicated and was having an anxiety attack.

Mountain View Senior Apartments
Male is causing problems in the lobby.

Domestic disturbance
Kimberly Drive
A named male and a named female/physical. Caller said she heard screaming and glass breaking. Officers advised parties are separated/request ambulance for a female with a possible broken nose and strangulation.

711 Silver Heights Blvd.
The person harassing caller is in Room 316.

N. Corbin Street
A named male is outside yelling and living in his truck on the property.

Domestic disturbance
Fowler Avenue
A crying 9-year-old caller advised that a named male is hurting her mom. Male took the phone from the kids and admitted he had been drinking. Officer en route to a Mann Drive address/standing by at the address with kids in car.

Caller advised her sister and partner are fighting/they have been drinking/it was verbal/they were throwing things at each other.

1007 Pope Street
Caller advised that her license plate was stolen yesterday at HMS.

Both automated night lights from outside have been stolen/they are solar.

A Las Cruces Police Department officer advised that a named female has been reported missing and wants an officer to do a house to house check to see if she is at home. Officer advised she does not live there/put out ATL so the officers know she is missing/calling caller back.

Three individuals are causing a scene at the grocery side self-checkout/a male and two females are cursing at employees and customers and trying to start fights. Officer advised county can downgrade/parties already left. Deputy advised he went traffic with a vehicle on the west side of the parking lot with three individuals who fit the description.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller has a shoplifter at Albertson’s. Officer issued Kyle Plane an indefinite CTW/caller does not want to pursue charges.

Domestic disturbance
2711 Leslie Road
Caller advised that a named male broke her TV and left in a white Toyota truck/was physical. Caller would not tell dispatcher what happened and hung up.

Caller received a call from a named female who was crying/he could hear a named male yelling in the background. Officer advised it was a verbal domestic/en route to McDonald’s.

Battery
1313 E. 32nd Street
A named female assaulted a staff member of the ER and left the hospital/everything is okay.

Sunday, Jan. 19

E. Richard Street
Caller advised that someone in a large coat is sitting in the middle of the roadway. Officer had negative contact with anyone.

Louisiana and W. 13th streets
Can hear a young female yelling “Get out of my car.”/they did sound intoxicated.

Suspicious vehicle
601 N. Bullard Street
Officer advised clear/subject is an employee.

1302 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised he received a call from his wife that her female friend was being followed by a red car/both the wife and friend are inside the office and the red car is parked outside with one male in the vehicle. Caller, now on scene, advised she cut the male off in traffic and that is why he is in the parking lot. Officer advised male left/will frequent patrol.

Male with a red bike keeps riding in and out of the ditch behind the Chevron. Officer advised male is back home.

A female ran out of the residence and a male ran after her and dragged her back inside/caller believes it was against her will/both are wearing all black.

Officer re-issued Joe Koons an indefinite CTW.

Male is on the sidewalk by her house and appears to be either intoxicated or having a seizure. Officer advised has contact with a female who was having an anxiety attack in reference to a lost cat. SCFD advised that a neighbor advised them that prior to officers arriving on scene the husband to the female who was just transported was running around outside with a . . .

Missing persons
Newsham Street
Caller advised that her 8-year-old son left her residence and she cannot find him. Officers advised that EMS advised they saw a child walking near McDonald’s with a blanket wrapped around him. Officers gave county the description.

32nd Street at the curve
Officer advised vehicle has a blow-out and in gravel.
