Caller was told by someone at the Gospel Mission that a named male is unresponsive/caller is not able to get into the house/55-year-old male. Officer had contact with male/he is okay.

A 19-year-old male is threatening caller. Officer issued Jordan Gomez an indefinite CTW.

A named senior male is at the location/he appears drunk/he is eating now/he was stumbling/he drove to the Senior Center. Officer advised upon arrival made contact with the male/one male in unit/en route to Tyrone.

A named male is in the parking lot/he is on foot/he is filling a gas can/owner wants him arrested for CTW violation. Officer checked on two males/neither had CTWs/contact was made with Ridge Road Chevron.

Caller has not heard from a 65-year-old named male since several months ago. Officer advised male is okay/caller was notified.

A named male driving a gold Subaru Outback has been missing for 3-4 hours/he does have dementia/caller is his caregiver/last saw him at 5 p.m./unknown direction of travel/he is not supposed to be driving but he refused to give her the keys when they returned from a doctor's visit.

Officers advised Brent Raymond Sytch was arrested on a warrant out of T or C and issued an indefinite CTW for High Desert Humane Society where they advised he was causing issues.

Caller wants to file charges on the store for selling her 14-year-old daughter alcohol twice on the 16th of this month.

People arguing by the ATM/two people fighting and yelling and getting in and out of the SUV and there is a baby involved. Officer went traffic with vehicle in Albertson's parking lot/out with a named male and a named female.

Caller advised someone stole his phone.

Need a patrol unit to respond/a named male driver pulled into a handicapped parking spot. Officer will make contact if he comes out.

A named male had explosive diarrhea/he was under the influence of alcohol/want him issued an indefinite CTW. Officer out with Casey Munoz at Broadway and Bennett and issued him an indefinite CTW for SOS.

Caller advised male is playing his boom box in his car so loud it was shaking the whole house. Officer advised ATL.

Male stole an Interstate vehicle battery/left in a blue Ford pickup 15-20 minutes ago.

Someone used caller's phone info to file their taxes.

Caller advised two subjects stole laundry detergent, hair products, and other items and ran toward the motel/male and female. Officer had negative contact from Hatch Ford to CVS/will go back next date to make contact other . . .

A named female is outside yelling/it has been like this for the past hour. Officer advised no one outside/no one yelling. Caller called back advising she is back outside of her trailer yelling again/goes inside then steps outside and starts yelling again. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised a named male had put her in a chokehold and kicked her out of the house/he has their 1-month-old child inside with him/he is under the influence of meth/he threw her stuff out of the house/he was trying to hit his dad who is in the house with the male. Officer advised out with the named male.

Loud music coming from 3rd floor. Officer made contact with resident who had their TV loud.

Advising subjects are playing loud music and her husband works in the morning. Officer out with a named female/clear/going to turn music off/everything is okay.

Male employee in his 40s told the manager he was feeling suicidal/he just called in a few minutes ago. Officer advised male is okay/he is extremely intoxicated.

Advised that a named 41-year-old female is threatening to harm herself/caller was sent a text about 20 minutes ago/she is not answering her phone/she suffers from depression and has diabetes and is having suicidal ideations.

Caller from Jose Barrios School advised a 10-year-old student showed up at the school this morning unattended. Advised the child is okay but want to make sure the named female is in the right frame of mind to be caring for her child/they do not have a room number for the female. Officer advised at Jose Barrios to speak with caller/en route back to The Drifter with a possible room number/back out at The Drifter.

A 7-year-old male has not been in school for almost a week/he is living with caller's mom. Officer made contact with caller's mom in reference to her grandson/she stated CYFD approved her other daughter in Las Cruces to have custody of the 7-year-old male student/he has been disenrolled from school in Silver City and is currently attending school in Las Cruces.

Caller advised he has received several threatening messages from a supposed 13-year-old male in Bayard/caller is afraid. Officer advised juvi lives in Bayard/BPD will have to go talk to the kid/will advise caller that BPD will be calling him.

Caller is receiving threatening calls from a named male/caller used to work with him at Walmart/he will not leave caller alone. Caller called back advising the male is still calling her telling her he needs to talk to her. Officer stated a named female has been trying to contact . . .

Caller wants a named male removed from the property/he is there now/wants him issued a CTW. Officer explained to caller that male can't be issued a CTW because he is the guest of a renter.

Caller advised a named male has been threatening her family/it is her stepfather and her mother is going through a divorce with him. Officer had contact with caller.

Male is bothering staff and guests for money/took snacks from the front desk which are for sale and didn't pay for them/he is still standing outside the front door/did already retrieve items from him but don't want him going back. Officer issued Matthew Fox a CTW.

A named male keeps knocking on her window trying to get her 44-year-old niece to go with him/advised they are broken up and she told him to leave already/he is in a white van/wants him issued a CTW. Officer advised he left prior to arrival/no CTW at this time.

Caller advised a named male is on the property on the bench outside/he was told multiple times to leave/he is refusing/CTW was issued Mar. 18. 2023.

Caller advised her neighbor is possibly overdosed on the balcony/she hasn't moved in 30 minutes/she has been known to overdose in the past. Officer had contact with neighbor/she is okay/clear.

Caller advised a named female has missed three pickups and that's not like her/she is not answering her phone/she is in her 70s/her husband was recently put into a care facility/she is alone/caller is calling from Corre Caminos. Officer advised to clear the air/advised to resume normal traffic.

Caller advised her 30-year-old son has been threatening suicide/he has told caller they are not going to be hearing from him anymore/caller is currently in Arizona.

Caller advised he is being harassed by a named female/he has video of her going into his shop/she has been going around speaking ill of him. Officer attempted contact with caller x 2/negative contact.

Caller advised it appeared as if a male in a hoodie was beating up a female on the path above the creek. Officer advised has contact in the ditch by Sierra Communications/will be clear/female is going to Mag 1 to take care of the warrant.

Caller advised he is having suicidal ideations/advised he has some alcohol and doesn't want to speak to LE/advising he wants an ambulance. Officers request ambulance for a 34-year-old male/advising it is okay to approach when they arrive/everything is okay.

Caller advised that a named male opened her mailbox yesterday. Officer made contact with caller who wanted the male charged federally for opening a mailbox/caller was advised male could not be charged at the state or municipality level/advised she . . .

Caller advised her son had an episode where he locked caller outside of the house and threatened to kill her. Officer had contact with caller.

W. Alice Street
Caller advised her uncle threw a rock through the kitchen window/only heard the window break and then heard him cussing at them to get out of the house. Officer set up frequent patrol for the night.

Suspicious vehicle
Cain Drive and Little Walnut Road
Caller advised a gold SUV and a grey or bluish SUV has been sitting outside her apartment/the gold SUV just left. Caller advised a named male has been threatening caller and her daughter and that he is going to shoot up the apartment/the male and caller's daughter broke up. Caller wants a CTW issued and to file charges of harassment by his new girlfriend/this has been going on for three days now. Officer set up frequent patrol for two weeks.

Caller advised ex-girlfriend is intoxicated and is breaking things in the house. Officer made contact advising she is intoxicated and just wants to be left alone.
