Bayard Police Department

Friday, Mar. 22

Criminal trespass warning
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Advised a female left the store about 30 minutes ago after trying to take two bottles of liquor/she was on foot and wearing a black hoodie/want her issued a CTW. Officer had negative contact.

Criminal damage to property
Coffey Street
Stated someone broke her front window/does not know who. Deputy advised clear/caller did not want to let him in to see the extent of the damage until she cleaned it up/caller was uncooperative.

Saturday, Mar. 23

Domestic disturbance
Runnels Drive
A named male is trying to get in her bedroom and the door is locked/he is getting aggressive. Deputy advised the male was re-issued the indefinite CTW for the address and he left the property.

Sunday, Mar. 24

Accident-injuries
Hurley Post Office
Vehicle vs building. Caller advised her 57-year-old husband hit the gas pedal instead of the brake/possible broken hand. EMS10 acknowledge page. BFD page out FBFD. Deputy advised will respond shortly.

Male passed out/send ambulance.

Domestic disturbance
N. East Street
Two vehicles parked across from this location at the chiropractor's office/female yelling help me/little kids screaming. Officer ATL on 180 for grey pickup.
