Dear Friends,

As we enter another Give Grandly season, I am very grateful for our community of nonprofits. Grant County’s distinction as the New Mexico county with the highest number of nonprofits is a testament to our creative, community minded, positive change oriented, corner of the world.

During this time of giving in our community, please consider supporting the Silver City MainStreet Project. Always busy, we are preparing for a Great Blocks infrastructure project and making infrastructure improvements at the Silco Theater. We are continuing to offer new programming at the Silco, managing the Visitor Center, and promoting new and existing downtown businesses. It is thanks to the support of community members like you that we are able to do this work!

Donations may be made online right now at www.givegrandly.org/organizations/silver-city-mainstreet-project,  in person on Saturday at our booth at MainStreet Plaza, drop off your donation at the Murray Ryan Visitor Center/Silver City MainStreet Project office, 201 N Hudson Street, or mail a check to Silver City MainStreet Project, PO Box 4068, Silver City, NM 88062. Give Grandly donations are open until May 20!

Give Grandly donations are an important part of our annual budget. These unrestricted funds allow us to use the donations where we need them most.

Thank you for your support!

Sharla Lefkowitz-Oberg

Executive Director

Silver City MainStreet Project

P.S. Play our new downtown scavenger hunt on Saturday! Please visit us at the Give Grandly Big Day in MainStreet Plaza on Saturday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm! We have a brand new downtown scavenger hunt, and we are excited to share it with you! Return the completed scavenger hunt to our booth for a prize (while supplies last). Bring your kiddos or do it yourself!
