16-year-old female being harassed by another student. Another female is threatening to 'jump her' and stating 'she is going to learn her lesson.'

Adult male and female were trying to purchase tobacco for a minor/possibly stole merchandise as well, but not sure. Officer has contact in front of Chevron/all three subjects were issued 2-year CTWs

Caller advised people in her neighbor's backyard have a bonfire and it is very smoky/she cannot see if the fire is inside of anything.

Harassment

A named female just came to caller's house while she was outside with her children and advised she was going to 'beat her ass.'/also stating 'if you think your back is broken, it's going to be broken now.'/female left headed toward Tom Foy Blvd.
Friday, Feb. 6
Gas leak
Tom Foy Blvd.
Nobody is injured. Caller advised he backed into it with his trailer/significant amount of gas leaking. BFD advised to call Gas Co./Gas Co. advised they are already en route.
Sunday, Feb. 8
Structure fire
Pine Street
Single-wide trailer on fire/the whole side of the trailer is engulfed in flames. BFD requested page of HFD and XCFD. NMSP called advising they are on scene. BFD requested ambulance for male suffering from smoke inhalation and is on the ground/has shortness of breath/negative on any burns. Structure fire with propane tanks. Power Co. advised.
