Caller’s grandson is breaking things/he was just released from Mesilla Valley/he is leaving now barefoot walking toward the highway /would like a CTW issued. Officer has contact with (redacted) in front of the residence.

Overdose
Chino Street
23-year-old male not breathing/they were asked if they wanted to start CPR, but they advised they did not know how/possibly overdosed on fentanyl. Caller is not responding to dispatcher’s instructions. Male is trying to breathe. Caller advised Narcan has been deployed/second Narcan administered.

Thursday, Oct. 23

Hit and run accident
Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised her vehicle was hit sometime last night/possibly rear-ended.

Agency assist
N. Foy Street
Attempt to make contact with (redacted) to issue CTW for Galaz Street in San Lorenzo. Made contact with (redacted) and issued the CTW.

Civil matter
Grant street
Caller advised she just had her very important paperwork in her hand, placed it down and now it’s gone/thinks someone took it.

Criminal trespass warning
Alta Vista Street
Officer- (redacted) possibly with 2-year CTW for N Street.

Counterfeit money
Tom Foy Blvd.
Two males tried to pay with a $100 bill/they left in a white Toyota SUV. Officer advised going to ATL for the vehicle/they did not take anything or try to steal anything/all bills they were trying to pay with were counterfeit.

Saturday, Oct. 25

Disturbance
Poplar Street
Caller advised her brother is ‘tripping’ on drugs/mom is on dialysis/caller is with her mom behind a closed door/she can hear her brother on the other side of the door/caller thinks he is talking to someone and disconnected.

Sunday, Oct. 26

Shoplifting
Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller stated two males were in the store and took some $20 headphones and medicines/they stated they were walking to Hurley.
