Two males tried to pay with a $100 bill/they left in a white Toyota SUV. Officer advised going to ATL for the vehicle/they did not take anything or try to steal anything/all bills they were trying to pay with were counterfeit.

Caller advised her brother is ‘tripping’ on drugs/mom is on dialysis/caller is with her mom behind a closed door/she can hear her brother on the other side of the door/caller thinks he is talking to someone and disconnected.
