Caller states someone dumped 30-40 gallons of toxic oil in his parking lot and driveway/caller saw it on camera and he knows who did it.

Recreation works
Caller wants a CTW issued to a named male, his children, and his partner/they are the ones who dumped the oil yesterday/they are not currently on the property. A two-year CTW was issued.

Friday, Jan. 16

Criminal trespass
Caller states a named male is stalking her. Caller sounds very intoxicated. Caller states the male is just standing in her yard/wants him issued a two-year CTW. Officer had negative contact.

Harassment

Her ex-boyfriend is threatening her and she feels unsafe/he told caller by text he is going to go over there and kill her because he found out she was talking to someone else/she is going to print the texts and bring them to the station and get a DVO on him.

Saturday, Jan. 17

Fight
1001 Tom Foy Blvd.
Three males physically fighting almost in the road/they are on foot/they are getting into a Jeep. Second caller saw three males fighting/they are employees beating up a customer/customer is walking toward the bank/caller does not see any injuries. Officer advised to call Family Dollar and see if they want a CTW issued/issued male two-year CTW.

Harassment

Caller advised her ex-boyfriend texted her saying he was parked out front and she needed to go out or he was going into the house. Caller said she will go outside if LE will call her and let her know it’s them. Officer advised they made contact with the female/she has blocked the male’s number however he is finding other ways to message her.

Sunday, Jan. 18

Overdose

38-year-old male/shallow pulse/snoring/they do not know what he took/took the drug about an hour ago/they just found him about 5-10 minutes ago. Caller advised no CPR needed/patient in the bedroom in the garage. A second Narcan was administered/advised the patient is awake.

Male did not take anything, but caller wants him issued a two-year CTW/he came in ‘talking crap’/when he was asked to leave the male became irate and broke the theft sensor.
