We are having an opening on July 16th, Wednesday 5-7pm
for a showing of Jessica Wilson's ceramics
and
Joan Garcia Robert's paintings.
We are excited to see Jessica Wilson in person again.
She taught at Western New Mexico University, here in Silver City.
We miss her and her detailed expert work.
She has sent some lovely work, new soda fired platters, beakers, plates, and wall pieces.
Please come to the opening view the work and visit with her.
She is teaching a workshop at the Lodge,
starting on the July 14th for Clay Festival.
Joan Roberts Garcia is from Placitas, New Mexico.
She has a collection of wonderful brilliant abstract work and some touching studies of New Mexico landscapes.
We hope to get an opportunity to meet her on the 14th opening.
The Monsoons are here it is wonderful.
