The Fort Bayard Historic Preservation Society is pleased to announce expanded hours for the organization's museum, located in the former Commanding Doctor's house at Fort Bayard National Historic Landmark. Effective May 25, the museum will be open both Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with those hours remaining in effect through September. Patrons are reminded that the building is handicap accessible by way of a ramp at the back (west side) of the museum building.
