"Grant County Extension will be hosting a Tomato Water Bath Canning Workshop on Monday, November 24 from 12:30-4:30 pm in the Extension Office Classroom. Come learn science and safety based canning techniques from a Master Food Preserver. Instruction will include boiling water canning of tomatoes with the opportunity to pick up finished jars the next day. Recipes featured are great for the preservation of a garden bounty!
There will be a fee of $20 to cover supplies, which is due the day of class. Cash or check payments only please.
