Caller from Memorial Medical Center, Las Cruces, advised seven children live with mom and dad/mother is currently at MMC with youngest child, 3-years-old/father is also in Cruces with oldest child/mother disclosed to nurse that her other five children ranging in ages from 3 to 12-years-of-age are at home by themselves unaccompanied/wants info given to nurses taking over for day shift. CYFD wants a call.

Boyfriend just hit caller/refused medical.

A named female is at location refusing to leave. Dispatch can hear her refusing to leave/she has a warrant out of Arizona/non-extraditable.

Advised the incident occurred in Dallas/male wants to report a sexual abuse.

Graffiti
North Hurley Road
Male is putting graffiti on the roadway. Deputy advised one in investigative detention/male has a weapon with the serial number ground off. Deputy advised male released on a CTA/dropped off with his parents/clear.

Saturday, Jan. 20

Domestic disturbance
Tiger Lode
Advised a named male hit her/he was putting his hands on her after she told him to stop/he is intoxicated/he told her he was going to run so LE can kill him/he just left the residence. Deputy advised clear/female didn't want to provide vehicle description/advising that nothing physical happened/just wanted everyone to go to bed.

Suspicious vehicle
Hurley Carwash
Male in a black vehicle has been at location for over two hours. Subject installing radio in his vehicle/he is okay/just parked under the shade.

Welfare check
Arenas Valley Road
Caller has not been able to get hold of her 15-year-old sister, her sister's grandma, and her dad. Caller is 21-years-old.

Fight
Rio de Arenas Road
Advised four males were fighting. Second caller advised he got in a fight with one of the KOA workers and they pulled a gun on the male from Rio de Arenas/they are separated now waiting for LE to arrive. Officer requested ambulance for 60-year-old male with neck pain.

Criminal damage to property
Apache Street – Silver Acres
Someone tampered with her septic system.

Dog bite
Double E Ranch – Gila
Advised was bit by the neighbor's dog/she is in the ER seeking treatment.

Harassment
Highway 35 and North Star Mesa Road
Male flagged caller down saying someone is harassing him.

Welfare check
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Advised he delivered a box of food to a house and the female was crying/she is possibly in a verbal argument with a male. NMSP doesn't have anyone available. Deputy spoke to a male who advised everything is okay.
