11/9/25- Deputies were dispatched to an address off of Bandoni Dr. in reference to a domestic disturbance. After investigation by the Deputies Ashley Gerleve was charged for criminal damage to property of a household member and her husband Justin Gerleve was charged with battery against a household member. Criminal Summons was filed on both due to parties being separated at different addresses.
11/9/25- Deputies were dispatched to an address off Whiskey Creek Airport Rd. in reference to a welfare check. During the investigation it was determined that a domestic disptute had occurred. Shortly after David Siddens was arrest and booked on charges of Assault upon a household member.
11/11/25- Deputies were dispatched to an address off Royal John Mine Rd. in reference to a injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle complaint. Numerous vehicle tires and trailer tires were punctured in the event.

11/11/25- Deputies responded to a burglary complaint at an address off of Margaret Dr. Jewelry boxes along with jewelry was taken from inside the home valued at approximately $1900.00
11/12/25- Deputies responded to a missing property complaint off Delk Dr. The owner reported leaving his handgun at his Air B and B. Days later was unable to find his missing handgun
11/13/25- Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call to an address off of Valley Vista Dr. Upon investigation Verna Melendrez was arrested and booked for battery against a household member.
11/14/25- Deputies responded to an unattended death off Casa Loma Rd. Silver City, NM. Grant County Sheriff's Office Detective and OMI arrived on scene to provide the initial investigation.
11/15/25- Deputies responded to an address off of Little Walnut in reference to a domestic disturbance complaint. After investigation Ruben Portillo Jr. was arrested and booked on charges of battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member.
11/15/25- Deputies responded to a complaint pertaining to someone placing metal spikes on Perini Rd and Dwyer Rd. just south of Hwy 61. Deputies investigated this issue obtaining photographs of damaged vehicle tire and of the metal spike. No suspects were noted.
