Criminal trespass
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
A named female is knocking on caller's door, and caller doesn't want her there/caller wants CTW. Deputy out at caller's location.

Breaking and entering
Mountain View
Caller advised no one should be in her home/it is boarded up and when caller passed by there was an older model red pickup and a dark grey newer Ford sedan/door is broken open/everyone who was living in the home has been evicted. Caller advised deputies she is okay if forced entry has to be used.

Suspicious activity
Highway 190 – MM 125 (1 mile south of Bayard Cemetery)
Caller advised a female walking picked up a construction marker. Deputy had negative contact.

Breaking and entering
Iglesia Street – Hanover
Caller thinks her son broke into the house/doesn't know if he is in the house/states he came in through the window. Deputy advised will be going to the hospital first with his arrestee.

Suspicious activity
Rosedale Road
Two males keep ringing her doorbell/unknown where they are right now. Deputy set up frequent patrol for the next month at night/clear.

Saturday, Apr. 12

Loud music
Johnson Road
Caller received a call from her dad saying the man working on this property is outside playing loud music again. Deputy – negative on any loud music but the male working outside will keep it down.

Aggravated assault
Carnival
Caller at the ticket booth advising a male is walking to the Zipper ride trying to fight/he has a weapon and has it out/caller advised the gun was pointed at a female.

Criminal damage
11072 W. Highway 180
Caller is not sure when it happened/stated he sees five bullet holes in his residence.
Deputy setting up frequent patrol for next two months heavy on night shift.

Criminal damage

Fence was torn down when moving in a trailer.

Harassment
Spring Creek Road
Caller has been getting harassed by her ex-boyfriend. Deputy will be trying to call the other party.

Unclassified (motor vehicle theft?)
Caller advised his blue VW Beetle was taken about 4-5 hours ago/a named female took it/he lent it to her and she hasn't returned it/she also took $300 from his bank account with his bank card. Dispatch advised no return on VIN/ran in NM, TX, and AZ.

Reckless driver
Highway 180
Black truck speeding and letting out lots of exhaust headed toward Cliff. Deputy – they were advised not to rev their engine around people.

Noise
D and Fourth streets – Hurley
Caller advised a silver U-Haul truck is blocking the alleyway/they are being noisy with power tools. Deputy had negative contact with anyone or the U-Haul.

Disturbance
D Street – Hurley
33-year-old male having a meltdown and throwing things. NMSP advised to cancel/the county unit is responding.

Monday, Apr. 14

Found
1400 Highway 180
Walk-in at GCSO/deputy requested to respond reference found property. Female states she walked outside her house this morning and found a debit card and wished to turn it in. Deputy – took card to Wells Fargo bank.

Motor vehicle accident
Highway 61 and Taylor -- Mimbres
Hit a deer/vehicle is a 2024 grey Hyundai Santa Fe. Deputy states driver is going to drive vehicle to her residence.

Suspicious activity
Bornite Street
Caller says someone is stopping in front of her house taking pictures of her house and cars/it has been a female in a green Jeep and a male in a white Jeep. Deputy spoke with neighbors who stated the house next door is for sale and maybe marketers are taking the pictures.

Domestic disturbance
Burke Loop
Caller is fighting with his wife/he went outside and she followed him/she has mental issues and refuses to get help/he stated she called him saying she was going to kill the kids because they aren't listening to her and broke something. Caller doesn't think she will hurt them, but she tried to bite him.

911 hangup
Elguea and Diaz – Hurley
Advised he needed LE on Elguea. Deputy out with female at an Elguea Avenue address/negative contact with anything. Deputy made contact with caller who advised of a verbal argument between father and daughter.

Lost property
B Street – Hurley
Caller advised a construction company truck at the Hurley construction gave caller a ride home and when he got home he possibly left some items, a phone and a wallet, in the vehicle. Deputy advised he misplaced his items but found them/everything is okay.

Reckless driver
2501 E. Highway 180
Small silver vehicle travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes/just pulled into Lulu Hotel. Deputy made contact with elderly male who stated he is not from here and did not realize the highway was divided.

Domestic disturbance
Bellwood Circle – Cliff
Caller advised his partner is saying he has her keys but he doesn't. Second caller advising her husband is drinking and refusing to give her the keys/four kids are in the house/callers are in separate rooms/second caller saying he said: "Go away before I hurt you."
