Male needs CTW for Albertson's. Deputies – male had run across the highway then into ditch.

Suspicious persons
Elguea Avenue – Hurley
Male who rides on a yellow bike looked through the windows of caller's mom's house around 1:45 p.m./a relative confronted him and he admitted to doing this. Caller wants a CTW issued to the male for 203 Elguea Avenue and for a deputy to make contact with caller's family to make sure they are okay. Deputy issued male an indefinite CTW for 203 Elguea Avenue and both 114 and 115 Cortez.

Threat
1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller called advising he has a gun and he wants to kill someone and will kill cops too then hung up. Deputy – one at gunpoint at the entrance/subject acting like he is armed/one detained/everything is okay.

Criminal trespass
Aztec Avenue – Hurley
A named male is in this yard and was just at 312 Aztec Avenue taking things but caller stopped him/he is not supposed to be there. Deputy will put out ATL to issue the male an indefinite CTW and a frequent patrol for the next month.

Shoplifting
105 Rosedale Road
Male just took off running toward Walgreen's with a lot of merchandise. SCPD officer – lost visual/now running toward Chitalpa/in the ditch walking south.

Suspicious persons
Santa Rita Avenue – Hurley
Caller advised a male just tried getting in to her shed/he had a flashlight. Caller wants a CTW issued. Deputy had contact with male on Aztec and Diaz/male was issued CTWs for this location as well as other locations from ATLs.

Harassment
Highway 35 – Lake Roberts
Caller states a female from Florida is e-mailing caller stating he is a child abuser and is making threats to send proof to his family. Caller states he doesn't know the female and this just happened about 30 minutes ago.

Brush fire
18 Geronimo Street
Caller states there are tall flames. Whiskey Creek VFD en route to station. Deputy – ATLing the area for anyone walking

Disturbance
Elguea Avenue – Hurley
Caller advised that a named male was shining his light in caller's window/advised she shined her light back and male started cussing her out/parties are separated. Deputy – units clear.

Wednesday, Feb. 19

Mobile Drive
Caller's girlfriend will not leave/female is crying/he is saying she is putting her hands on him/male is saying she is holding him against his will.

Reckless driver
Highway 180
Deputy - eastbound/advised Luna County/unable to catch up to vehicle.

Suspicious persons
Bonita and Spear roads
Kids have been throwing rocks at his house/they ran to the house with the yacht. Deputy taking a named male to his residence/en route to address off of Spur Road to make contact with juvies/negative contact with kids.

Harassment
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller is at work at Walmart/a named female is saying she is going to fight her/she also threatened to go and harass caller's grandma. Deputy set up frequent patrol for the location for the next two weeks.

Aggravated assault
Highway 15
Caller advised a silver King cab with two trash cans in back just pulled a gun on caller's dad. Deputy out at location/negative contact with vehicle.

Criminal trespass
Burro Springs Road – Tyrone
Caller advised his neighbor just came over and tore Ring doorbell off and threw it on the ground/neighbor just returned to her location at a nearby residence. Deputy en route.

No classification
Spring Creek Road – Silver City
Heard two shots coming from this location. Deputy spoke with a named male who informs everything was okay/showed deputy a trip device that is spring-loaded and when tripped it makes a loud concussion noise similar to a firearm/male suspects he had prowlers on his property/nothing further to report.

Thursday, Feb. 20

Suspicious persons
Bellm Street – Santa Clara
Caller advising her dad wants her out of the house/he turns the electricity off/hits her with a laser/tells her to leave him alone/believes her sister is doing it to her through the wi-fi/her sister lives in Tucson. Deputy – caller called back/mental issues/when Santa Clara PD comes on duty send them to do a welcheck.

Hot pursuit
34th and Swan streets
South on Swan approaching 32nd/speed 18 mph and climbing/no brake lights – reason for stop/still on 32nd turning on Pinos Altos/north on 32nd/north on Highway 15/passing Owlhoot Road/speed around 50-60/no traffic/male with dog.

Suspicious persons
Cottage San Road
Caller is at work/advised someone from Silver Star Park called him and said someone went around toward the back of the house and may have gone in and out of the house. Deputy advised negative contact with anyone/clear.

Fire
33 HL Watkins
South of this location/can see flames from a house/flames are to the roof of the house/grey smoke. Deputy – cancel out fire/going to be a controlled burn/looks like they are tending to it.

Brush fire
Camino Seco
Caller stated she heard her neighbors talking outside and opened the door and saw orange flames. Whiskey Creek VFD Brush 1 stated going to be a campfire down the hill from her residence and it is in a pit and they do have water on site/units clear..
