Cannot see her breathing/did try to wake her up and she is not waking up/lips are purple. Caller advised wife was not feeling well last night.

Highway 90 – MM 26 (1 mile north of White Signal)
Said gold van swerving into other lane. Deputy had contact MM 33 (1 mile north of Tyrone Mine turnoff).

Criminal trespass
Brushy Road – Mule Creek
Caller advised his soon-to-be daughter-in-law has been threatening to go onto the property without his permission.

Suspicious persons
Saavedra Road
Caller advised a named female came to his home and asked about caller's son's car stating it's her vehicle that was stolen and wanted to go on his property to look at it. Caller refused advising he had the vehicle for six years and got it from a dealership.

Unwanted subject
E Street – Hurley
Deputy – have female in unit en route to North Hurley/female was issued an indefinite CTW to this location.

Tuesday, Feb. 4

Narcotics
Rosedale and Ethel roads
A named female in a white Dodge Charger is smoking something out of foil/thinks it's pills. Deputy is clear.

Domestic disturbance
Arenas Valley Road
Subject is walking up Arenas Valley Road toward Mis Amigos. Deputy made contact with juvenile on Alegrea(sp.?) Street and Arenas Valley Road/has juvenile with him en route to home/taking juvenile to GRMC/grandma will meet them there/clear from hospital/will do follow-up tomorrow.

Reckless driver
E-Z Pawn
Older model silver Ford Escape going east/driving erratically. Deputy advised not on duty/have contact/pulling traffic to hold for XCPD /vehicle almost hit two light poles.

Wednesday, Feb. 5

Larceny
Highway 180 -- Gila
Possibly things taken from his ranch. Deputy- have contact with subject who stated he did not want deputy on his property/advised to walk away/waiting for subject to bring his ID/issued a named subject an indefinite CTW for all of (redacted).

Fire
1007 Pope Street – 6:40 p.m.
HMS building on fire. Caller says it is getting bad and there are lots of flames/callers have said at the Med Square building. SCFD advised the fire is under control/it was a bush that was burning.

Shooting
Crumbley Road -- Ft. Bayard
Deputies clear from call/accidental gunshot wound to the leg above the ankle.

Suspicious activity and possible trespass/set up frequent patrol for a month.

Thursday, Feb. 6

Unwanted subject
Coleman Drive
Caller let female cousin spend the night last night and she is now drunk and belligerent and caller wants her out of the house. Deputy – en route to SOS with female.

Suspicious persons
Jasper Street – Santa Clara
Caller says someone was getting raped inside/(redacted) was in the air conditioner/caller is saying people are in the water heater/it is an empty trailer. Deputy – they are checking out a trailer on the corner of Ft Bayard and Miller/clear/negative contact.

Pursuit
Highway 26—MM 2
Deputy – passing MM 4/unreadable radio/stop transmitting/Luna County sending officers to assist. Deputy passing MM 6. Per Luna - MM 13-115 mph. Per Luna – light traffic. Deputy – MM 15-speeds 115-120 mph-light traffic/switched to Luna County repeater. Deputy – reason for stop-no plate and heavy damage/NMSP advised they don't have a unit nearby to assist.

Larceny

Deputies advise everything is okay/property was returned to owner.

Suspicious persons
Bonita Avenue
Unknown when it happened/says there is damage to his neighbor's property/neighbor went to Mexico and caller is watching their house. Deputies will be out at a Spur Road address.

Stolen vehicle
Spring Creek Road
Caller wants to report a stolen black 2015 Chevy Silverado/a named subject came and picked it up yesterday without permission and tried to contact caller without contact. Caller advised subject and caller are friends and he was moving to Deming and needed to borrow the truck.
