Caller says a male is causing problems and wants him issued a CTW. Silver City PD officer went to SOS to see if he went there/issued Armando Chavez a CTW for location.

Caller works for NMSP/she advised she has no G&F employee on duty/there is a deer in a yard lying down panting and is requesting if an officer can go and put it down. SCPD officer – one shot administered/deer is about100 yards south of location.

States she hears several voices/cannot see them/has been going on all day/at first states she doesn't know who they are then states she has names and hangs up.

Caller advising when he got home he saw (a male) coming out of his cousin's property/advised male stole a lot of items from the shed and camper/male left running south. Deputies out with a male just east of residence in riverbed/not subject.

Caller advised her partner was pushing her/he is very drunk/she does not want an ambulance and is not under the influence/advised male is quiet and she feels comfortable/disconnected the line.

Can hear a male arguing with caller while she is trying to gather her belongings to leave/caller stated things have gotten physical at this time/a named highly intoxicated female is there and caller is wanting her gone/she is trying to fight with him.

Deputy – a named female received 22 calls from a named male in 12-hour period on Jan. 27/the female disconnected her phone to stop the calls/after she reconnected the phone on the 29th she began getting more calls from the male screaming and yelling.

Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her stove was on fire/caller and child are out of the house/whole stove was not engulfed/caller could not get the fire out/negative on injuries/advised she tried throwing flour on it and it did not work/cannot see any flames or smoke at this time from the outside.

Caller also stated they are knocking on other people's doors as well. Santa Clara PD officer – contact Bellm and Church with Irvan Flores who has an outstanding warrant out of Judge Runnels' court for failing to comply with conditions of probation hold without bond.

Deputy – made contact/everything is okay/if she comes back will give dispatch a call/negative on a CTW at this time.

Lobo Drive –Cliff – 8:55 a.m.
The house belongs to caller's brother who is in a nursing home/caller has power of attorney for the brother and wants a CTW issued to a named subject. Deputy issued an indefinite CTW for location to a named subject.

Caller called back advising his wife is now leaving in a white Chevy Equinox/caller bit his wife on the arm in self-defense. Caller wants to speak to LE about a CTW on a subject. Deputy advised caller of the steps of eviction.

Caller's husband has a warrant and she thinks she just saw him outside when she got home/is requesting a frequent patrol just for tonight.
