Criminal trespass

Sometime last night someone cut a hole in the fence and moved barrier to enter property.

Suspicious activity
Cuprite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised this house was sold April 3/unknown people have been going in and out of the house. Deputies – made contact with caller.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 61 – San Lorenzo
Caller advised her husband is throwing their things outside to include her cell phone which she just found in the dirt/he is outside and she and the children are in the house/he has been drinking and using meth. Caller advising he did push her against the truck when she took the camera from his truck and then stepped on her foot by accident.

Suspicious activity
Kathleen Road – White Signal
Caller received a check in the mail from (redacted) for $8,595/it gave a number to call/when caller called them they advised her she needed to deposit the check into the bank in order to receive the rest of the money/she did not deposit the money/requests a phone call. Caller called back requesting a deputy respond to her home now. Deputy was advised.

Suspicious activity
Rosedale Road
Caller received a call from a neighbor who advised it looks like someone tore the fence down and the front door is wide open/home is vacant. Deputy – checked house and everything is clear/made contact with caller.

Loud music
2069 Cottage San Road – Silver Star Trailer Park
Playing really loud music. Deputy – made contact with vehicle/had them turn it down.

Domestic disturbance
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller – currently being followed by a male in a white Honda/been following
her since Walmart/he follows her often/caller is refusing to go to the police department/caller disconnected the line and is not answering.

Breaking and entering
2069 Cottage San Road – SSTP – 10:58 p.m.
Caller advised their neighbors with six children were all moving out of state/there is a female currently inside with a flashlight. Deputy – female stated she was going to come back tomorrow to finish what she needed.

Unwanted subject
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley – 11:35 p.m.
Caller heard people in a motor home. Deputy – clear/everything is okay/need frequent patrol for one month.

Suspicious activity
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley – 11:58 p.m.
Caller advised on the other side of her lot space a male is talking to himself/lying on the ground/male told the female caller, "Peak(sic)-a-boo, I see you."/caller is very concerned.

Unwanted subject
Pheasant Drive
A named male is there/he head-butted her/negative on medical/both under the influence of alcohol/two children are in the home/caller advised they saw what happened/caller and children are in the living room.

Criminal trespass
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised his son was on the property and causing problems/caller advised son has a CTW to his property. Deputies - out at caller's address.

Suspicious activity
Iron Bridge Road – Cliff
Caller advised the owner of this house is deceased/no one has been at the house in months and now there is a white 4dr car out front and the doors to the house are open. Deputy was advised.

Fire-other
33 Euphoria Road – Silver City
States her neighbors are burning weeds and dry grass with propane. Pinos Altos VFD – please have LE respond.

Suspicious activity
Santa Clara
Caller advised someone is knocking on the door/wants a CTW issued. Caller called back advising that next time if LE could do a full patrol/most subjects are 'low lives,' and are on narcotics, walking on foot, and they have a history of vandalism. Deputy advised he would patrol throughout the night.

Fire
190 N. Hurley Road – North Hurley
Caller advised there are people with a fire/saw flames earlier but not now/unknown if it is controlled or not.

Thursday, June 12

Noise
Elguea Avenue – Hurley – 3:29 a.m.
Caller advised the neighbors are moving rocks around and making too much noise. Deputy – will be en route shortly/out on foot.

Found
I-10 Exit 42 Separ
Advised they found a handgun in the parking area by a yucca/she advised they picked it up with a plastic bag and have it at their facility. Deputies – advised to see if NMSP can handle call due to where the gun is now/this is a BB gun/a case number was not needed.

Fraud
Chino Mines
Would like to speak with an officer in reference to attempted theft and making a report.

Breaking and entering
Century Drive – Mimbres
They are begging for gas and money/they came in again today and tried to steal items. Deputy – car reported headed south on Highway 35/contact with vehicle headed south from MM 21 (10 miles north of Log Cabin restaurant) at a high rate of speed.

Harassment
Main Street – Pinos Altos
A named male was tailgating caller and harassing her/he just went up Bear Creek Road in a white Toyota Tundra to his house/she has pictures of the incident. Deputy – female said has been having issues with the neighbor for the past three years/she does have a CTW against him for her property but he walks the property line harassing her animals/today he was tailgating her and revving his engine and flipping her off. Deputy will check into a harassment case.

Fraud
Copper Drive – Tyrone
States there are 18 transactions from different states totaling about $1,000/caller already spoke to the bank/is wanting to make a report.

Suspicious activity
Market and Bullard streets
Two males arguing loudly/calling each other names/just west of the ditch. Deputy – clear/ locals.
