Caller advised she went to bed last night at 9:30 and woke up and her car is no longer there/nobody has another key or access to it. Registration is active and clear.

Accident-property damage
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised he hit a berm and flipped his car but does not want to make a report/just does not want to get in trouble. Another caller advised the vehicle is leaking gas. Deputy had contact with caller who advised he did speak with the property owner who advised it was okay for him to leave the vehicle on the property until morning when AAA is going to pick up the vehicle.

Rosedale and Country roads
Male in his 50s walking with a backpack ran into traffic. Deputy had negative contact.

Criminal sexual penetration
Ft Bayard/service station
Happened in Ft Bayard last Thursday about a mile away near the service station/victim and caller are both at SASS now.

Harassment
XYZ Ranch Road – Arenas Valley
Caller was threatened by a man walking his dog down the middle of the road today/advised the man always walks his dog down the middle of the road and is always ugly with caller and his wife. Caller asked what his issue was and the man told him he was going to cap his ass and reached behind him as if he had a weapon/caller drove off fast. Caller does not know where the man lives or his name. Deputy set up frequent patrol for one month.

Caller advised her mom's boyfriend is there and they are fighting/caller is 13-years-old/her mom does not want the boyfriend there/they are fighting because the boyfriend stole some stuff from caller's mom.

White Signal
22-year-old male/self-inflicted gunshot wound through hand and leg/driven in by father.

Domestic disturbance
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Deputy – everything is okay/other party left prior to arrival/attempted contact/she didn't want to provide her side of the story.

Accident-property damage
Turkey Creek Road – Gila
Rolled the truck/vehicle is on its side/probably will need tow truck/two juvies were in the vehicle/negative on injuries/both subjects' parents are on the way. Deputy – have juvi in unit en route to his grandpa's house.

Larceny
Royal John Mine Road – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised his packages have been taken/they found their empty package boxes placed near their mailbox along with other people's empty packages as well.

Welfare check
Hutchinson Street – Santa Clara
Caller is very confused/she says she is 86-years-old/she thinks she is staying at the fire dept and stayed there because she needed help using the bathroom. Deputies out at location/SCPD officer – female in unit/Swan and Knights of Columbus/Deputy – units clear/she will be transported to GRMC.

Unwanted subject
Aspen Street
Female keeps going on his property/wants her issued a CTW. Deputies ATL for this female to be issued a CTW for a Prescott Street address.

Welfare check
2069 Cottage San Road – Silver Star
Caller from Phoenix said he received a call from this female yesterday but missed her call and now having negative contact. Deputy – she is okay/will call caller.

Aurora Street
Caller advised a named female is running around outside screaming/she is now back in the apartment with door open and screaming/she is also approaching people saying they stole her children. Deputy – contact with the female/she said she is stressed out/everything is okay/possibly on narcotics.

Accident-injuries
Highway 61 – MM 20 (Royal John Mine Road junction)
Rollover due to weather. Caller stated there were no bad injuries. Deputy – see if NMSP can respond. NMSP – cancel your units. EMS1 – left scene about 12 minutes ago/transporting two kids and mother. Fort Bayard FD called out Lower Mimbres FD for traffic control.

Highway 152 – MM 23-24 (9-10 miles east of Highway 35 junction)
Male travelling on a black motorcycle toward Silver City/having trouble due to ice on the road/didn't have service to call for a wrecker. Second caller advising subject is elderly and can barely talk/stated he wanted a wrecker from T or C to go and get him.

Cottonwood
A named male screaming and yelling/this is an ongoing issue with him. Deputy ran DL.

Highway 152 – Mine lookout
Caller advised an elderly female was stopped on the side of the road about two miles east of the mine lookout/she stated she did not need help but her entire windshield was covered in snow. Deputy had contact/everything is okay/she is going to head back home/clear.

Pheasant Drive
Caller was yelling at a white Jeep/she does have a CTW on her sister/they are threatening her to lose her house and throwing rocks at her house. Deputies on Ridge Road and Juniper Street ATL.
