Small dark car driving around in back/subjects were talking loudly and had loud music/XCPD officer advised Ft Bayard is closed/they left; Everything is okay; Deputy made contact with owner/advised it was sold.

Last heard from a female in her 70s in September. Deputy had contact with the female/she is okay.

Unwanted subject
Country Club Road – Silver Acres
A named female came to caller's house/she is not there now/it is court ordered for her not to be there.

Blue Hyundai vs white Dodge 3500/airbags went off/both vehicles are off the roadway/18-year-old female whose leg is scraped up. EMS1 advised check status of Native/EMS1 advised take no further action.

CTW was issued to a named male/caller wants LE to go to her house/a male in the background saying if LE doesn't go there he is going to put a bullet in (redacted). Caller says CTW was issued days ago but he continues to bother. Deputy spoke with (redacted).

Vehicle unoccupied and has a flat tire.

Caller and her mother just got in a fight/it was physical.

Assault
Bonita Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised a named male just poked his walking stick into caller's truck/he stopped to check on him and got yelled at/male is back inside his house now. Deputy spoke to caller and second party.

Domestic disturbance
Aspen Street – Santa Clara
Male chasing a female yelling he is going to beat her/it's on the street by the school. Bayard PD officer – have contact on Cedar by the school.

Accident-property damage
Highway 152 – mine overlook
Negative on injuries. Caller advised the car in front of him slammed on the brakes and caller swerved trying to miss her and hit the wall. Deputy requested wrecker to location.

Lake Roberts – 8:25 p.m.
A 25-year-old male driving a white Dodge Ram truck was last heard from by his wife when he left at 5 a.m. to go fishing. Caller called back advising her son-in-law called her and stated he is on his way home and is okey.

Sunday, Oct. 13

Stolen motor vehicle

Caller says his 2022 Hyundai was stolen from this address by a named female/he lent her the vehicle three days ago and she has not returned it/he has been trying to contact her and she keeps giving him the runaround. Deputy advised he is out at 2417 Village Road where the vehicle is/he was able to retrieve the keys and caller will pick . . .

Opal Street – 10:41 a.m.
Caller advised there is a (?) screaming "How can you do this to your son?"/advising a child does yell every night from midnight to 4 a.m./today she has been screaming for about 30 minutes/this has been going on for months. Deputy – everything is okay/clear.

People in a white car going from campsite to campsite asking for food and items/they have been doing this since yesterday. Deputy on scene.

Caller advised her 12-year-old son is destroying her sister's property with a pickax and is threatening to destroy the van and the woodshed/he has PTSD, ADHD, and is bipolar and has mood disorder/he is using the ax on some chairs now/he is at the fence by the neighbor's digging in the ground.
