Caller owns this property/renter sold a building on the property and it is half torn down. Deputy – en route to this location to make contact with person tearing down the building/gates were locked/nobody appears to be home.

A named male hasn't picked up his mail in over two months. Deputy – got into the property/checked all around the property/everything is okay.

Burglary
Mangas Valley Road
Caller was gone for a month/returned last night and discovered her home was broken into/jewelry, money, and household items were taken/guns and TV are still in the house/it appears someone was living there with a dog. Deputy - calling detective on call.

Disturbance
Highway 211 – Gila – 1:22 p.m.
A named male who is a family friend is very angry and unstable/was threatening to put a cigarette out on caller's tongue/has been making threats to everyone/want him removed from the property/told caller he has a sword in the back bedroom/also threatened to rape another family friend who is on the property.

Highway 211 – Gila – 4:12 p.m.
Caller advised the male has returned and is still threatening people. Deputy out at Gila Post Office/will be out with other party.

Highway 90 – MM 40 (3 miles north of Tyrone)
Dead deer in south bound lane. Deputy removed a javelina from the roadway/negative contact with any deer in the roadway.

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised her son is getting into her mom's face. Someone told her to hang up and she did/upon callback no answer. Deputy – all verbal.

A named male is back at her place making verbal threats. Caller called back advising the male just punched another male in the face and tried to strangle him/both are still outside. A named male called back advising he was outside trying to calm . . .

Assault
Cottage San Road
Caller advised her client slapped her in the face/caller left. Deputy en route to Silver Star Trailer Park.

Wednesday, Oct. 23

Breaking and entering
Busy Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised two females just went into his house which is for sale/they knocked for about 10 minutes then entered the house/they are older women. Deputy – everything is okay/it was realtors.

Accident- injuries

4-wheeler that rolled after driving recklessly/they are walking around/saw the bike roll 3-4 times/2 people on the bike. EMS10 – Native 32 is available/advised stand down Native Air.

Burglary
Flamingo Street
Someone burglarized caller's storage shed/caller is in California.

Deputy – have a deceased person/call OMI.

Caller stated a named male has not answered his phone in a few days/he has never not answered his phone. NMSP officers will go to call as soon as they clear from a call they are on now.

Motion in bedrooms. Negative contact with alarm co./caller is calling in himself. Deputy – everything is okay.

Caller is on the side of the road after her mother kicked her out of the vehicle and threw out all her belongings/wants to put a DVO on her mother. Deputy – going to set up a civil standby for TMR.

Caller – someone tore up the driveway/caller has video. Deputy – negative on damage/set up frequent patrol for next month.

Caller advised his daughter is receiving threats. Deputy en route to this location.

Caller advised she left her boyfriend's vehicle parked on McKinney Road around 4 a.m. due to it overheating/she went back to get it today it is gone/she was advised to wait by the highway for deputy.
