On Star called to say the owner was in a crash. Deputy has contact with vehicles at the crash site/clear from crash site/en route to MM 106/check two DLs.

Driving while intoxicated
Highway 180 -- MM 106 – 4:16 a.m.
One female in investigative detention/intoxicated/one female in unit/enroute to station. Change call from traffic stop to DWI.

Missing person.

Battery
320 Ridge Road
Two named males got into an altercation/one was hit with a broomstick/negative on medical/he wants to file a report to press charges.

Rosedale and Spring Creek roads
Caller advised she found a small child near the road/advised she found the grandmother but does not know where she lives. Deputy advised child and grandmother are at a Spring Creek Road address/clear/everything is okay.

Male keeps falling and is bent over/caller gave him water. Deputy – everything is okay/sister came and picked him up.

Elderly male walking/appears to be disoriented/he is on the City of Rocks Road walking toward Highway 61/he denied help. Deputy made contact with male who advised he is just out walking and is okay.

A named male in his underwear. Deputy had negative contact.

Weapons fired
Cleveland Mine Road
Caller can hear shooting from a house north of caller. Deputy out at Gomez Peak Trailhead with four individuals/clear from Gomez Peak/en route to Cleveland Mine Road/ATL with negative contact.

Saturday, Oct. 5

Domestic disturbance
Mobile Drive
A named male will not leave/he is yelling/he is arguing with their 9-year-old daughter/both (caller and male) are under the influence of alcohol/all verbal so far.

Aguila and Maple streets – Santa Clara
Possibly male vs female. Made contact with two named subjects/both were intoxicated and uncooperative/no visible marks on them.

Welfare check
E. Highway 180 and Racetrack Road
Male ran in the middle of the road/advised the male did this the other night as well.

Intoxicated persons
Racetrack Road
Male extremely intoxicated/can't control him/have him held down. Caller called back advising they are in the back bedroom. Deputy requests ambulance. EMS 3 – take no further action. One in protective custody en route to hospital.

Sunday, Oct. 6

Burglary
Cottage San Road
Caller advised everything is a mess inside and can see the TV is missing. Deputy en route to G&G Towing.

Unwanted subject
Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Stated his friend just bought this residence and no one is supposed to be at the house/possibly showed up on foot/can see lights on in the house.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 132 (1 mile east of Grant County Airport Road) – 7:52 p.m.
Male heading east on Highway 180/very close to road/no flashlight.

Unwanted subject
Bonita Drive – Silver Acres
Stated a juvie is outside throwing rocks at his trailer. Deputy had negative contact.

Larceny
Highway 152 – San Lorenzo
Caller states a named male has a trespass and has been stealing things from her house/this is the third time he has done this and she has been making reports. Deputy called several times/VM is full.

Disturbance
Spring Street – Pinos Altos
Stated her daughter showed up and she is off her meds/daughter broke some items/daughter is driving around/caller refused to give more info and hung up. Deputy made contact with mother and she did not want to make a report.

N. Franey Street and Central Avenue
Spoke with XCPD officer about fireworks in the area.
