Advised two named subjects are on his property and have a CTW. Deputy advised en route to location/negative on CTW violation/re-issued both CTWs.

Rosedale Road and Mesquite Drive; Duck Street and W. Highway 180; Cottage San Road
No narrative; vehicle not impeding traffic; contact owner of vehicle-everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance

Mother and boyfriend have been fighting for the past couple of hours/can hear things being thrown around and her mom telling him to get off. Deputy made contact with both parties/both advised verbal only.

Unwanted subject
D Street – San Lorenzo
A named female just showed up to her house and she is not supposed to be there. Deputy was advised.

Domestic disturbance
Cottage San Road
Two 18-year-olds were arguing/male and female/male locked himself in the bathroom. Deputy had contact/all verbal/negative on suicidal ideations.

Dead deer in right lane/another deer is by it.

Assault
Mobile Drive
Caller advised child's father threw a lighted cigarette at caller's 12-year-old son/male is intoxicated. Deputies advise responding units can downgrade.

Tuesday, Oct. 8

Domestic disturbance
Rio de Arenas
Caller states her husband made threats with a firearm/locked in the bathroom/female is slurring her words and mumbling.

Criminal damage to property
Spear Drive – Silver Acres
Walk-in/broken window. Deputy out at address.

Accident-property damage
W. Highway 180 and Western Drive
Honda Civic vs deer/deer on side of roadway. Deputy – one shot fired.

Wednesday, Oct. 9

Welfare check
Kohdy Lane – Arenas Valley – 8:14 a.m.
Caller from El Refugio advised her mom has caller's 7-year-old daughter and was supposed to drop her off at El Refugio at 8 a.m. Deputy advised everything is okay/party contacted caller.

Unattended death
Luck Street
SCPD officer advised to send OMI/OMI en route. Deputy en route to Humane Society with two on board. Officer – recovered a .22 caliber w/ serial number/clear per dispatch.

Criminal damage to property
Harden Cienega – Mule Creek
Deputy had contact with caller/caller will be en route to Texas/will call when he is home.

Welfare check
Highway 152 and Acklin Hill Road
Caller advised they were biking with a friend and two hours ago he advised he was going to check out a few campgrounds near Emory Pass/they came down to look for him and cannot find him/he was driving a red Honda motorcycle.

Rosedale and Country roads
Caller advised she was walking home and heard something growling in the bushes/she needs a ride home.

Hot pursuit
Erie and McKee streets
Attempting traffic stop on Hurley Avenue north/turning onto Central Avenue/passing Vanadium @ 76 mph wrong side of roadway/approaching Fierro Road and Highway 356 still on wrong side/passing MM 3 on Highway 356. Deputy – traveling north about to approach Highways 356 and 152 speeds still 78 mph.

Game and Fish
Cain Drive
Deputy was flagged down by a passerby and informed of an injured deer at location/deer was located/one round fired/a citizen claimed the deer/dispatch notified G&F.

Welfare check
Highway 15 – MM 15-17
No response/trying to communicate via satellite text message/most likely accident resulting in injuries. Deputies had negative contact from MM 14-23/very little information.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – MM 71 (5 miles east of Buckhorn)
¼ mile south of this location appears to have been an accident/glass is in the roadway/male walking around trying to get cell service. Deputy stopping at Chuck's Folly in Cliff reference vehicle with heavy damage.

Disturbance
Bandoni Drive
A named male is tearing things up in the house/he has been drinking/he is in his room/he is destroying his room right now/he is outside now.

Welfare check
Ranger Road – Pinos Altos
Caller has been trying to contact her brother for the last six months/he does have a history of alcohol abuse. Deputy had negative contact at the house/left VM.
