Friday, Jan. 3

Accident-property damage
E. Highway 180 and Yucca Valley Drive
Vehicle vs deer/deer is alive. Deputy – one shot fired.

Welfare check
Geronimo Mountain – Hurley
Two named subjects have caller up on the mountain and they are beating him up and stealing his cards. Deputy – closing it out.

Welfare check
Highway 180 and Ft Bayard Street
Deputy – en route to Walmart/one male in unit.

Breaking and entering
Camino de Viento
Caller advised someone forced entry into his shed/they destroyed the door.

Weapons fired
Rogers and Empire streets
Construction.

Welfare check
Elias Road – Arenas Valley
Went to visit a friend and he advised caller got there at the right time/does have a gun on the chair in the kitchen/friend is on narcotics and intoxicated as well/caller does have another friend inside with the male trying to calm him down. Deputy – everything is okay/units clear.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 90 – MM 26-27 (White Signal)
Truck with flashers on in southbound lanes. Deputy has contact with black truck just doing paperwork/will be moving along shortly.

Welfare check
Arenas Valley Road
Ex-girlfriend has caller's kids with a male at her house who has been threatening caller/male may also be abusive to the mother and threatening to the son.

Saturday, Jan. 4

Domestic disturbance
Fierro Road – Hanover
Caller advised her girlfriend just threw a rock and hit her/they are verbally arguing. Caller advised her girlfriend is trying to kick her out. Caller disconnected. Deputy – verbal only/units clear.

Criminal damage to property
Bonita Avenue
Caller advised that someone hit his propane tank with a rock/he did not see his neighbor do it but heard him do it. Caller was very hard to understand due to the wind. Caller called back to cancel call as it is too cold. Dispatch did offer for a public service to be made, but caller advised everything is okay and to take no further action.

Criminal trespass warning
Silver City/Arenas Valley
Deputy – caller wants to issue two named subjects CTWs for a Rio de Arenas space and an address in Silver City.

Harassment
North Hurley Road
Caller advised a named male is threatening to shoot him/advised to send LE before caller goes and shoots the male. Caller was advised to stay inside his home and put away weapons until LE arrives.

Domestic disturbance
Kneeling Nun Road – Hanover
Caller advised her partner just choked her/her throat hurts bad/does not want medical/she was on the verge of unconsciousness/the male has another female and that is why they were fighting.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 E
Ran all stop lights in front of Albertson's/white Ford F250 with Texas plates/eastbound. Deputy went traffic with vehicle in front of Mike's Tires/everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
Main Street – Pinos Altos – Bear Creek Cabins
Caller is cabin manager and a male is fighting with a female/male is intoxicated and wrecked his car/female rented the cabin/would like both removed from the property. Deputy advised out at Cabin 10.

Harassment
Cullum Drive – White Signal – 9:43 p.m.
Caller – stepmom has been harassing him/stepmom and father are splitting up and she keeps calling and texting him and he wants it to stop. Deputy advised caller that she has to keep doing it for him to file charges.

Sunday, Jan. 5

Welfare check
Lake Roberts/Mimbres – 10:09 a.m.
Caller states his brother was due at Lake Roberts last night and still hasn't shown up. Deputy – en route to Lake Roberts to ATL/advised brother has been found.

Harassment
Cullum Drive – White Signal – 2 p.m.
Caller is receiving threats from her stepson/has questions about obtaining an emergency DVO.

Disturbance
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Daughter pushed caller and grabbed her phone/when caller tried to get her phone back she had to push her back. Both parties are still there.
