Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest is thrilled to announce the launch of our exciting new event,
Kick Up Your Adventure with Girl Scouts, designed to inspire girls of all ages to embark on thrilling new journeys, build lasting friendships, and develop skills that will serve them for a lifetime.

From exploring the great outdoors and engaging in community service projects to diving into STEM activities and cultivating leadership skills, Girl Scouts offers endless opportunities for girls to discover their passions and reach their full potential. This event encourages girls to push the boundaries of their comfort zones, try new things, and kick up their adventures in ways they never imagined.

"We believe that every girl has the potential to change the world," said Eddie Rayas, Director of Engagement of Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest. "Through Girl Scouts, girls can explore their interests, challenge themselves, and develop the confidence to make a difference in their communities. This event is about showing girls that the possibilities are limitless when they dare to take that first step. Girl Scouts is for any girl grade K-12."

As part of the Kick Up Your Adventure with Girl Scouts event, Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest will have tables with information and hands-on activities. This event is open to current Girl Scouts as well as girls who are new to the organization and are looking to discover what Girl Scouting is all about. Parents and guardians are encouraged to learn more about how Girl Scouts can benefit their daughters by visiting www.gsdsw.org.

Girl Scouts is the safe and obvious choice for families today to keep girls connected to friends and their communities. Girl Scouts offers exactly what parents want for their daughters: to learn good citizenship, to become involved in and give back to the community, to gain courage, and to participate in a girl-led program that is not narrow or limiting.
