We are excited to have Lucy Whitmarsh, Executive Director of South West New Mexico ACT(swnmACT), as our featured speaker at our Thursday meeting. The meeting will take place at the Silco Theater, 311 North Bullard Street, in downtown Silver City. 

With a focus on Creative Economy, swnmACT "exists to preserve, enhance, and sustain rural economic development initiatives and the creative economy in Southwestern New Mexico. We spearhead community collaboration through cultural and historic preservation; sponsor and engage the region in arts and cultural events; inspire and promote outdoor recreation, education, and tourism initiatives." 

Recent swnmACT projects include The Waterworks, Co.Starters, and the 5 Points Initiative. Join us to learn more about swnmACT's current work and future plans. 

The meeting will include time to share your upcoming projects, programming, and events. Please feel free to bring event posters and flyers to distribute.
