Homeless people are camped by Del Taco on Walmart property/wants LE to respond. Officer – giving them til mid-day to clear of that location and issued Crystal Sanders and one other subject an indefinite CTW for the location.

The homeless took caller's trash can and went to SWAG/they brought items back from SWAG and threw it all over caller's property.

Female jumped in caller's car/was not making any sense/she got out of the car and is now walking toward La Familia restaurant. Officer advised has contact with the female/she is refusing to talk to him but nodded she was okay.

Female all in black is running in and out of traffic on Hudson Street between post office and La Familia restaurant. Officer advised asked her if she wanted to go to the hospital/she declined/officer told her to get clear of the roads.

Caller from Tractor Supply – white male 20 to 30-years-old. Officer issued Nate Johnson an indefinite CTW for Tractor Supply.

Advised vehicle headed north on Pinos Altos Road toward 32nd Street/other party is inside the Flame. Officers out with a named male/en route to Lintero Apartments/had contact by phone with another named male.

Right side of the road deer got hit and is still alive.

Caller heard a crash last night and this morning he found the debris in the driveway/heading north on 25th to the right there is a black SUV in a field/a lady is sweeping up the roadway now. Officers ran two plates/send Fire for clean-up.

Deer was hit and suffering on the side of the road on Ridge Road past the Chevron. Officer – negative contact.

Caller says his sister called informing him his apartment was broken into while he was gone. Caller called back to say a named female took his gun and he is arguing with her about where it is/she is yelling at caller.

Male lying on the ground by the post office exit/someone did stop to give him water, but he did not move. Officer – the named male is leaving.

Male in electronics/ball of paint in cart/and bean bag/ also black headphones/looks about 18 to 25-years-of-age/he did attempt to steal the other day as well/he is setting items down on the floor/he is now sitting on the bean bag/he is walking out of the store. Officer – identified male.

Call received from a 54-year-old named male with this address who stated he is up for 10 days in jail and he is not going/he is afraid he will hurt someone/he has ADD/he was not cooperative on the phone/he said he has had issues with the police in the past. Officer – everything is okay.

Advised subjects in a white pickup just drove into the parking lot and all walked into the store/all appeared to be intoxicated. Officer – vehicle no longer in the parking lot.

Fawn was hit/back legs are broken/mother is running around near the ballpark on 32nd/fawn was able to get to the grassy area. Advised state police who is going to notify G&F.

Male asleep outside of building up against the wall. Officer advised male is grabbing his stuff and leaving the property.

Caller says she heard a loud thump and thinks the lady in the next apartment may have fallen. Officer – lady on floor conscious and breathing/wound to left arm.
