Female caller states she and her daughter are locked out and her daughter does not have a jacket on/male will not open the door/verbal only/male not aggressive. Officer had contact with caller.

Caller has come across a yellow VW Beetle multiple times today driving recklessly. Officer – will be on Highway 180 E. ATL.

A named female was hit by a named male about 10 minutes ago and broke her nose and took off with one-year-old daughter/white SUV. Officers ATL for white Dodge Durango/out at a Fowler Avenue address.

Male wearing a purple shirt that walked into his house/just ran into his neighbor's house/advised he ran him out of his house at the point of a gun. Caller is refusing to go back in his home/saw the male go into his neighbor's garage. Dispatch advised a second caller says he is hiding/send help – male is whispering the whole time.

A named female who has a CTW is on the property/she is refusing to leave/she started throwing things around and is now under a table. Officer advised he issued Rebecca Gonzales a CTW/she can go back at 6 a.m. this morning.

Caller advised she heard a loud thump in the apartment above and didn't hear any movement after the noise. Officer made contact/all is okay/will call caller.
