Female with a shovel walking toward Swan Street/she hit the neighbor's door with the shovel/she broke a window. Officers en route to 420 E. Broadway/have Jacqueline Paul in investigative detention/en route to station.

Daughter's boyfriend sent a text stating he can't live without her anymore/he uses alcohol and is not supposed to be at this address. Officer – no one is answering the door/spoke to caller/it is a civil matter/he does reside at this address.

Blond female still inside store. Officer made contact with caller who had video of the female shoplifting and placing . . . Officer re-issued Kayla White an indefinite CTW /everything is okay.

Caller advised about five people were trying to fight him/they came out of the Flame/he is now in front of the church/males left in a black Chevy truck. Officers went traffic with vehicle Swan and 13th streets/clear from traffic.

Caller states a female is being physically assaultive toward staff and yelling. Officer – everything is okay/she is on a hold/female started to calm down once they provided her medication prior to our arrival.
