Sister did not state if it had gotten physical but did state things were being thrown around. Mother stated she is on her way from Arizona to pick her daughter up.

Light blue Jeep Cherokee/looks like it’s been peeling off/caller advised they are passing Denny’s. Officer went traffic Silver Heights and Gold/went traffic Main and 14th.

Neighbor behind caller’s address is playing really loud music and they have an open fire pit going. Officer – negative on any music.

Burglary
2707 E. Highway 180 – 5:54 a.m.
Front door burglar alarm/negative contact with caller.

Criminal trespass
Male caller wanted to know if he had a CTW to the old Rec Center. Dispatch advised him he did not, but there was an ATL out on him to issue him an indefinite CTW to the old Rec Center. Officer issued the male the CTW for the old Rec Center.

Harassment

Caller advised a named male was calling him names.

Caller advised they called her names/now they backed away from location/caller has pictures of the plate and where the subjects were digging.

It happened to a vacant house they own sometime in the last week/some things were thrown around/looks like someone was sleeping there. Caller was told to stay outside and to no longer touch anything.

Caller reported she was advised by the New Mexico Income Support Division that her EBT benefits are on hold due to her working in Albuquerque at the Hyatt Hotel. Caller says she has never lived or worked in Albuquerque, that she works at Motel 6 in Silver City.

A named female is attacking others while they are sleeping/threw a cup of coffee on someone. Officer – female left the facility.

Advised a phone call would be fine/also advised she no longer wants him going over there.

Suspicious persons
610 N. Silver Street – SOS
Caller wants to speak with LE about it/she is afraid the female will harm the officers. She is afraid of the females.

Unwanted subject
Visitor Center
Male with pants down and no shirt with two other males/no CTW/just want them to leave. Officer has contact with male and two other subjects.

Caller sees someone with a flashlight in the ditch area in back of all the houses by the homeless shelter. Officer – checking to see what it is/will be out of unit/did find a flashlight but no one around it/clear.
