Caller advised the male came in and did not have an appointment and accused her of violating HIPPA by telling people around town that he was getting a divorce/he began filming her while they were speaking. Caller stated she did not tell anyone and stated the male creeped her out. An ATL was given to issue David Scarborough a CTW.

Male and female in a brown Ford F150 with a white camping trailer parked by O'Reilly's/male just hit the female then they went into the trailer/look to be in their 40s.
