A named female is being disruptive and keeping everyone up/wants a CTW on her. Officer issued 24-hour CTW to the warming center.

Can hear things being thrown and broken in the bottom apartment/male and female yelling/they are now cussing at each other.

Harassment
800 S. Robert Street – El Refugio
A named subject was removed from the property this week and subject continues to call the office and harass the workers/want to extend the CTW to two years. Officer issued subject a CTW for two years from El Refugio.

12th Street
Female in dumpster being rude and violent. SC municipal bond to be set/issued two-year CTW for UPS at 403 12th Street.

Caller says a homeless male looks like he is looking for a place to set up camp/headed toward Kimberly Drive. Officer – negative contact/units clear.

Caller advised the female will not leave and is threatening caller/she is under the influence of alcohol and meth/she jumped out and is standing by a truck. Officer – out with female/she is in investigative detention.

Homeless female is at the Conway House and refusing to leave.

Caller advised his 22-year-old daughter is being harassed by a named male.

Someone opened the gate and wouldn't leave the driveway and home alarms are going off/she can see the headlights of the vehicle/she is not expecting anyone. Dispatch can hear the alarms going off. Caller is now disarming the alarms. Officer – units clear/will frequent patrol through the night.

Caller advised he can hear what sounds like someone throwing rocks at windows. Officer had negative contact.

Officer – en route to station/en route to GCDC.

N. Bullard Street
Caller reported she was asked to call by the owners of the Gila Theater to request musicians be removed from in front of the theater/they are too close to the doors. Officer advised units clear.

915 Silver Heights Blvd.
Male being unruly and irate outside the store. Officer – subject left in a vehicle/caller will call back with footage.

Hit and run
312 N. Bullard Street
Caller – white Dodge Avenger/front bumper is off car/left rear view mirror was also hit.

1060 E. Highway 180
Male and female walking toward Domino's/caller thinks what they are wearing is suspicious. Officer – out at Domino's with two subjects/everything is okay.

Noise
100 E. 17th Street – Casa Linda Apartments – 6:41 a.m.
Caller advised her neighbor is making loud noises by hitting things at the wall and keeping caller up/wants it to stop.

Caller advised someone walking their dogs came by the gate at the parking space with a no trespassing sign/it was a woman with two dogs who pulls the gate and opens it/gate was previously damaged by hikers on another date.

201 N. Cooper Street
Caller advised the door where the inmates go for hearings to the left of the main door has a key broken in it/wants a deputy to check if it is secure.

1506 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller has asked a female with a black backpack to leave multiple times and she keeps going back and harassing the customers/want her issued a two-year CTW. Officer issued the female a two-year CTW.

Indecent (exposure?)
610 N. Silver Street – SOS
Officer – advised it is going to be north of SOS/both subjects are detained/going to drive around back to the SOS/the two in custody were released on citations to appear.

Neighbor yells or says something to caller every time she goes outside/it is on video/request officer to her home.

Caller advised a named male went into the house and took caller's marijuana pipe and some money earlier while caller was at SOS.
