Male beating on a female and screaming at her. Officers had contact with female at Pizza Hut/contact with male at Penny Park/female is being noncompliant and refusing to speak with LE.

About five teens dribbling a basketball and hitting on her wall/caller advised she cannot sleep due to the noise/the children reside at her neighbor's. Officer made contact with the teens and advised they would keep it down and go back inside.

Caller advised a male in a black hoodie is walking around her property by her trailer. Officer advised he has contact by the Rec Center/male stated he was just walking across caller's yard to get across the area.

Male in black pants masturbating/walking south on Cooper toward Yankie Street/caller says he is looking into houses and acting strange. Officer advised male jumped out of vehicle and ran.

Caller says a named male is headed to this location to get his girlfriend's belongings and caller says his girlfriend is staying there and caller doesn't want the male at her house. Second caller called advising male is already at the address and believes he is armed. Units are headed to the Care Center.
