Caller was very irate and was talking about his house being destroyed/was hardly able to understand what caller was saying/a female was mentioned and that she was upset/male disconnected the line. Dispatch called back and they were uncooperative, cursed, and disconnected the line again. Officers – it is (redacted)/ATLing the area.

Caller advised he hadn't been able to contact his stepfather for a couple of days, so he got the manager to open his apartment door for him and found him deceased. Officer – send OMI. OMI – en route.

Caller does want a CTW issued. Officer – issued 2-year CTW to subject for this location.

2501 E. Highway 180
Male in a green Crown Vic was seen urinating in parking lot/want him issued a CTW. Officer issued both subjects 2-year CTWs for Walmart.

Caller advised people are living in the abandoned home and right now a male is standing outside the front door in his underwear. Officer – the door is closed /no one appears to be inside the residence.

One suitcase and a green duffle bag were left by a female/caller states the female was crying and asked caller to hang on to them/caller stays at the Spin Shelter.

Caller states his phone was stolen in the last hour or two.

Female walking two dogs knocked over his gate with a trespassing sign posted/wants LE to make contact with female since it is an ongoing issue. Officer had negative contact/will give caller a call.

Disturbance
201 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised four people, three males and a female, and a couple of dogs/the female is crossing Hudson to the Snappy and the others are down in the ditch by the Hudson Bridge/the female is yelling at the others. Second caller – female walked into the Hudson Snappy saying a male was assaulted on the bridge.

Caller advised her husband just broke the windshield to her mom's car/when asked for husband's last name caller disconnected the line. Officer – will be clear from Silver City Care Center/will be heading to another location/contact with vehicle at Swan and 25thstreets.

Caller advised a deer was hit by EMS and is in the southbound lane just past Cantada. GEMS advised they hit the deer and will call back if there needs to be a report done. GEMS advised negative on report/negative on damage.

On Swan Street there is a wooden fence with an American flag ion it/caller advised a female went to that fence and took a (redacted) sign and left in a white GMC toward the CVS.

States four males are next to the car bay/one of them is drinking and one urinated on the wall. Officer out with two subjects/issued one a CTW for 2 years.

In the Swan Street parking lot a male is carrying a beer can and yelling at people/he keeps going onto the track where the track team is practicing. Officer had contact in front of Stout.

A named male just took off running from the Chinese Fast Food/he stole from the store, but caller was able to get items back/wants male issued a CTW.

Caller advised as she was walking by when she heard a male and a female arguing. Officer had contact with people at the address/advised they were arguing/verbal only/negative on battery.
